Tour Itinerary

  • Chef Hassan M’souli and your tour driver will be waiting at Casablanca airport to take you to the hotel. You will check in and take a moment to relax as everyone arrives. We will have a welcome dinner and drinks at one of Casablanca's fabulous restaurants so everyone can get to know each other.

  • Following breakfast, we'll embark on a guided exploration of Casablanca, delving into the city's modern streets and iconic historical landmarks. Among our discoveries is the awe-inspiring Hassan II Mosque, Africa's largest mosque and the world's fifth largest.

    Later, we'll journey to Rabat, Morocco's capital, where we'll relish a delightful lunch by the port and immerse ourselves in the city's rich culture and history. Following a day of sightseeing, you'll have the option to unwind or take a refreshing swim at our accommodations. Come evening, we'll convene for a delectable dinner at our luxurious accomodation, creating a perfect ending to a day filled with exploration and adventure.

  • Following breakfast, our day commences with a visit to the Chellah archaeological site, once a thriving Roman trading post known as Sala Colonia. We will then explore the awe-inspiring ruins of the 12th-century Hassan Tower, once the second-largest of its kind in the Islamic world. Adjacent to it stands the modern and grand mausoleum of Mohammad V, who passed away in 1961. Our next stop is the charming town of Oudaya, a haven for young artists.

    Leaving Rabat behind, we journey to the remarkably well-preserved Roman ruins of Volubilis and the historical imperial city of Meknes, making a delightful stop for lunch. Our final destination for the day is Fes, the ancient and culturally rich heart of Morocco. In the evening, we will have dinner at the Riad.

  • Following delightful breakfasts prepared with locally sourced ingredients, our knowledgeable local guide will lead us on an immersive exploration of Fes. This enchanting city reveals its rich history through ancient Islamic architecture, the UNESCO World Heritage-designated Medina, historic landmarks, and the Jewish Heritage Synagogue and Mellah.

    Fes proudly boasts one of the oldest continuously inhabited medinas worldwide, often referred to as a living museum. As we wander through its labyrinthine streets, we'll witness the renowned rooftop dyers' souk, where silk, wool, cotton, and leather are dyed using age-old techniques passed down through generations for millennia. Our journey will take us through the carpentry district and into the aromatic allure of Attarine Street, brimming with the fragrant scents of spices and oils. Lunch will be a delectable affair at a charming rooftop restaurant, providing panoramic vistas of the city. Later, we'll delve further into the city's essence with a visit to the potteries.

    Returning to the Riad for a well-deserved break, we'll reconvene for a delightful dinner, capping off an unforgettable day.

  • This morning, Hassan will accompany you on a visit to the bustling food markets to select the finest ingredients for your exclusive cooking class. The majority of the day is yours to relish at your own pace, whether you prefer shopping or simply savouring the serene ambiance of the Riad. A delightful light lunch awaits you back at the Riad.

    Later in the day, around 4 pm, the highly-anticipated cooking class with Hassan commences. During this immersive hands-on experience, you'll learn the art of crafting the traditional Fes dish, B'stilla, one of his personal favorites, and later enjoy it together for a delectable dinner.

  • This morning, we depart from Fes and embark on a scenic journey through the Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane, often referred to as the "Swiss city of Morocco," renowned for its charming alpine-style architecture and nearby ski slopes. Continuing on, we'll reach the Azrou forest, where you may have the chance to encounter the captivating Barbary apes and Macaca Monkeys amidst the cedar trees. We'll break for lunch in Midelt, a picturesque town nestled between Fes and Erfoud. Post-lunch, our route takes us through the Middle Atlas, offering breathtaking views of the Ziz Valley, ultimately leading to Erfoud.

    As the sun begins to set, we'll arrive in the enchanting oasis town of Merzouga, nestled in the heart of the Sahara Desert within the Drâa-Tafilalet region of eastern Morocco.

    In the evening we’ll enjoy dinner at the charming Kasbah where we'll be staying.

  • Following your morning breakfast, you'll have an opportunity to explore the captivating “Fossil” market before our journey to Rissani begins. Hassan will lead a cooking class alongside a local chef, where you'll learn the art of crafting Medfouna, the traditional Berber Pizza, to relish for your lunch.

    Our next stop will be the enchanting Gnawa house in the village of Khamlia, where you'll immerse yourself in the rhythms of traditional, almost blues-style music.

    After a delectable lunch, we'll embark on a thrilling 4x4 drive, returning to Merzouga for a one-of-a-kind desert experience.

    Before sunset, you will ride the camels to sleep in the heart of the dunes in Le Bivouac, the Luxury Berber tents in Erg Chebbi, Merzouga.

    Tonight you’ll experience an oasis dinner by fire and drums.

  • We wake early to witness the sunrise over the dunes and after a delicious breakfast, we drive to the Todra Gorges. Following a light lunch, we venture into the heart of Tinghir's town centre to explore the vibrant Berber carpet markets, where local women dedicate months to the intricate art of hand weaving these one-of-a-kind rugs.

    Our day ends with a scenic drive to the Dades Valley, where we will spend the night.

  • Following a delicious Bedouin breakfast, we journey towards Skoura, passing through the "City of a Thousand Kasbahs" and the fragrant town of El Klaa, renowned for its roses and orange blossoms, offering an array of locally crafted goods. Skoura, a tranquil oasis nestled in the desert, awaits as the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration.

    Tonight we’ll have dinner at the cozy Kasbah where we’ll be staying.

  • Following breakfast, we will set out on a scenic drive to Ouarzazate, a city renowned for its transformation into an international film studio. Our first stop will be to admire the exquisite architecture of "the Kasbah Taourirt." We'll then journey to the UNESCO-listed pre-Saharan village of "Ait Ben Haddou," which has served as the backdrop for iconic films such as The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Babel, Alexander, and notable portions of Game of Thrones. Afterward, we'll make our way to the charming village of Tadart for a delightful lunch before continuing our route to Marrakech via the stunning Tiznt Tichka pass.

    Upon arrival in Marrakech, you can unwind at the Riad before indulging in a delectable dinner at La Maison Arabe, celebrated for its traditional cuisine. Here, the kitchen is masterfully overseen by the Dada, akin to the Riad's matriarch, who imparts age-old culinary methods and skills passed down through generations.

  • Following a delightful Moroccan breakfast, your local guide will lead you on a captivating exploration of Marrakech, known as the "Red City." You'll visit prominent landmarks such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the opulent Bahia Palace, and the enchanting Jardin Majorelle, originally designed by French artists Jacques and Louis Majorelle in the 1940s, later acquired and meticulously restored by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in 1980. Here, you'll also find a charming Yves Saint Laurent museum showcasing his artwork and a Berber museum housed in Jacques Majorelle's former cubist painting studio.

    In the afternoon, relax by the riad pool or opt for a soothing visit to the Hammam.

    In the evening, join the group for a leisurely stroll through the historic medina to Jamaa El Fna, the bustling central square, presided over by the iconic Koutoubia minaret.

    Your culinary journey continues with a traditional dinner at the renowned Yacout restaurant, an esteemed establishment known for its authentic Moroccan cuisine, offering a delectable taste of Moroccan gastronomy and the warmest hospitality.

    • You can opt for relaxation at the Riad, indulging in its tranquil ambiance.

    • For fashion enthusiasts we offer a shopping tour, guided by @fanyadi.by.najma on Instagram, to discover traditional Moroccan Kaftans and jewellery.

    • Alternatively, you can join Hassan for an enlightening visit to the local produce markets, where you'll select the finest seasonal ingredients. This will set the stage for a hands-on cooking class in the exclusive kitchen of La Maison Arabe.

    Come evening, Hassan eagerly anticipates guiding you through a cooking class, sharing the essence of Moroccan cuisine, including the preparation of Tajine and Couscous. The delightful dinner featuring your Tajine creations will be set amidst the charming atmosphere of the Riad's pool house.

  • Following breakfast, we embark on a scenic drive towards the captivating Atlantic coast, with a delightful stop at an Argan grove managed by the Moroccan Women’s Community co-op. Here, you can witness the intriguing process of Argan fruit production, which involves tree-climbing goats and the hand-extraction of this precious oil.

    Our journey continues as we make our way to Essaouira, often referred to as the "pearl of Morocco." This charming port city has gracefully retained its historical allure while fostering a unique cultural ambiance. Our knowledgeable guide will lead us to the remnants of the old Portuguese fort, rumored to have inspired Jimi Hendrix's iconic song, "Castles Made of Sand." The historical fishing port is renowned for its delectable fresh seafood, exquisite cedar wood craftsmanship, and exquisite silverware. We'll venture to the local fish markets, hand-picking our choice of seafood for a rustic seaside barbecue lunch.

    The afternoon is yours to explore, meandering through the endless craft and jewellery boutiques.

    Later, Hassan will treat you to another delightful seafood feast for dinner.

    Your accommodations for the night will be at the Riad by the ocean, offering a tranquil and picturesque setting.

  • Following breakfast, we’ll return to Marrakech, where you have the day entirely to yourself. We're here to provide guidance and suggestions for additional tours or notable attractions, or you can use the time to embark on your personal explorations and relish in the final moments of your Moroccan adventure.

    In the evening, Hassan will arrange a memorable farewell surprise with a special dinner and show.
